Clary Sage Oil 13ml Sunspirit
Clary sage is a balancing and restorative oil that encourages calm and confidence. It has a grounding quality and particular affinity to the female cycle. It can be used in a massage blend for back and abdominal massage for premenstrual complaints such as cramps and bloating and in facial oils to treat skin problems such as acne related to hormonal imbalance. Adding Clary sage to vaporisers, therapeutic baths and massage blends is also useful in treatment of depression, frigidity, migraine, nervous tension and stress-related disorders. Aroma: nutty, warm, light, musky, herbaceous. A middle to top note. Blends well with: bergamot, geranium lemon, grapefruit, lavender, sandalwood, mandarin, jasmine, juniper, rose, black pepper, lime, pathcouli, tea tree. Caution: Do not use in pregnancy. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not take internally. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body.
